• Conducting research and teaching
• Organization, preparation and implementation of courses in the area of management accounting and financial accounting
• Supervision of bachelor and master theses
• Publications in scientific journals
• Presentation of research results at scientific conferences

• Successfully completed academic university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in business administration, economics, industrial engineering and management, or business informatics with a focus on management accounting and/or financial accounting
• Knowledge in statistical methods
• Sophisticated MS Office skills
• The ability to teach in German and/or in English is required (courses are offered in German and English language); willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills.

Desirable:

• Very good presentation skills
• Capacity for teamwork
• High level of commitment and flexibility
