Participation in the SFB-TRR195: „Symbolic Tools in Mathematics and their Application“, TP B4: „Enumerating tropical curves and hypersurfaces“.
Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) and PhD in Mathematics; in-depth knowledge of tropical and algebraic geometry and mathematical software, documented in scientific publications. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in tropical moduli spaces.
Good command of German and/or English required; willingness to learn either English or German is expected.
