Par­ti­cip­a­tion in the SFB-TRR195: „Sym­bolic Tools in Math­em­at­ics and their Applic­a­tion“, TP B4: „Enu­mer­at­ing trop­ical curves and hyper­sur­faces“.

Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) and PhD in Math­em­at­ics; in-depth know­ledge of trop­ical and algeb­raic geo­metry and math­em­at­ical soft­ware, doc­u­mented in sci­entific pub­lic­a­tions. Pref­er­ence will be given to can­did­ates with a back­ground in trop­ical mod­uli spaces.
Good com­mand of Ger­man and/or Eng­lish required; will­ing­ness to learn either Eng­lish or Ger­man is expec­ted.
