development of research designs for the evaluation of sub-Projects
development and adaption of measurement Tools
organization and implementation of data collection and data analysis
presentation of evaluation results and reporting
data collection and analysis for the evaluation of the teacher training studies and presentation of results
successfully completed scientific university degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent) in Teacher training studies, Psychology, or Educational Science
experience in conducting empirical research projects (quantitative surveys, qualitative inter-views)
strong expertise in empirical research methods (quantitative and qualitative, e.g., SPSS, Mplus, R / MaxQDA, NVivo, atlas.ti)
very good communication and cooperation skills
fluency in German (written and spoken), very good English skills (written and spoken)
experience in conducting empirical studies and scientific research processes
sound knowledge of teacher training / educational science / empirical teaching research
independent, systematic and precise way of working
