Work­ing field:

  • eval­u­ation of the pro­ject “TUB Teach­ing 2.0 – Innov­at­ive start, pro­fes­sion and research ori­ent­a­tion in voca­tional teacher train­ing” (www.tu-berlin.de/?id=205974) and eval­u­ation of the teacher train­ing stud­ies at TU Ber­lin
  • devel­op­ment of research designs for the eval­u­ation of sub-Pro­jects
  • devel­op­ment and adap­tion of meas­ure­ment Tools
  • organ­iz­a­tion and imple­ment­a­tion of data col­lec­tion and data ana­lysis
  • present­a­tion of eval­u­ation res­ults and report­ing
  • data col­lec­tion and ana­lysis for the eval­u­ation of the teacher train­ing stud­ies and present­a­tion of res­ults

Require­ments:

  • suc­cess­fully com­pleted sci­entific uni­versity degree (Dip­lom, Mas­ter or equi­val­ent) in Teacher train­ing stud­ies, Psy­cho­logy, or Edu­ca­tional Sci­ence
  • exper­i­ence in con­duct­ing empir­ical research pro­jects (quant­it­at­ive sur­veys, qual­it­at­ive inter-views)
  • strong expert­ise in empir­ical research meth­ods (quant­it­at­ive and qual­it­at­ive, e.g., SPSS, Mplus, R / MaxQDA, NVivo, atlas.ti)
  • very good com­mu­nic­a­tion and cooper­a­tion skills
  • flu­ency in Ger­man (writ­ten and spoken), very good Eng­lish skills (writ­ten and spoken)
  • exper­i­ence in con­duct­ing empir­ical stud­ies and sci­entific research pro­cesses
  • sound know­ledge of teacher train­ing / edu­ca­tional sci­ence / empir­ical teach­ing research
  • inde­pend­ent, sys­tem­atic and pre­cise way of work­ing
