Collaboration in research, teaching and service of the institute, guidance of technical staff as well as PhD students and interns, project supervision as well as independent development of project ideas up to the application stage.
Offer/opportunities: Development of an own research profile, possibility of habilitation, possibility of further training to become a specialist veterinarian (German Fachtierarzt/-ärztin) for Animal Hygiene and Environmental hygiene and/or a Diplomate of the European College for Veterinary Microbiology.The activitiy serves the own scientific qualification.
Completed university studies in veterinary medicine (approbation), human medicine (approbation), chemistry/biochemistry (master's degree/diploma), biology (master's degree/diploma) or other biological/chemical sciences (master's degree/diploma); dissertation or PhD
Sound experience in the fields of molecular biology and proteome and/or transcriptome analysis, sound experience in working with infectious agents, qualification as project leader according to GenTG, experience in teaching, experience in supervising doctoral students, interns and technical staff; experience in applying for third-party funding projects, experience in organising and coordinating collaborative research.
