Working field:
The professorship should represent the aspects of social cohesion, diversity, and migration in urban and regional planning in research and teaching. Using theory and practical examples, the professorship should examine the social foundations, framework conditions, and control capabilities of socio-spatial compatible planning and urban development. Applicants are expected to have knowledge in two of the following topics:
The development of at least one other field is expected and will be taken into account when defining the evaluation criteria.
Teaching responsibilities are to be fulfilled in the Urban and Regional Planning as well as Urban Design degree programs in both German and English.
The position holder is further required to undertake additional teaching duties within the faculty as well to perform duties relating to academic self-administration.
