Computational modelling of sleep rhythms in the context of memory consolidation during non-REM sleep; in-silico studies of the effect of transcranial electrical stimulation on sleep rhythms; collaboration with theoretical and experimental/clinical research groups of the CRCs (control of self-organizing non-linear systems/mechanisms and disturbances of memory consolidation); teaching tutorials for courses in the areas of machine learning (Master level)
Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom, or equivalent) in Computational Neuroscience, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields; in-depth knowledge in dynamical systems and machine learning, very good programming skills, very good command of the German and English languages
