Work­ing field:

Sup­port with the pre­par­a­tion and sub­mis­sion of an inter­dis­cip­lin­ary, inter-uni­versity pro­ject pro­posal. Devel­op­ment of a pub­lic-private part­ner­ship model with com­pan­ies in Ber­lin and Ger­many.
This involves the fol­low­ing respons­ib­il­it­ies:

  • Pro­ject man­age­ment throughout the plan­ning and sub­mis­sion phases
  • Develop pro­ject goals
  • Define and spe­cify innov­at­ive research top­ics
  • Develop cooper­a­tion mod­els with poten­tial aca­demic part­ners
  • Develop cooper­a­tion mod­els with poten­tial industry part­ners
  • Pre­pare and con­duct man­age­ment meet­ings with industry part­ners
  • Develop con­cepts for net­work­ing, com­mu­nic­a­tion and trans­fer
  • Develop con­cepts for organ­iz­a­tion and budget­ing
  • Pre­pare the pro­ject pro­posal in Eng­lish
  • Spe­cify the cooper­a­tion mod­els
  • Organ­ise on-site vis­its
  • Pre­pare the planned pro­ject scopes

Require­ments:

  • Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent)
  • Pro­ject exper­i­ence and exper­i­ence with pro­posal sub­mis­sions (desir­able)
  • A first pro­fes­sional exper­i­ence, espe­cially in pro­ject teams, and a back­ground in engin­eer­ing are an advant­age
  • Very good com­mu­nic­a­tion skills in Ger­man and Eng­lish, both writ­ten and spoken (required)
  • Famili­ar­ity with MS Office applic­a­tions (required)
