Work­ing field:

  • rese­arch and teach­ing at the Chair of Innov­a­tion Eco­nom­ics
  • self-reli­ant organ­iz­a­tion and pre­par­a­tion of tutori­als for the Chair’s lec­tures
  • super­vi­sion of term papers, Bach­elor’s and Mas­ter’s the­ses
  • sup­port in the com­ple­tion of writ­ten and oral exams
  • par­ti­cip­a­tion in empir­ical and inter­dis­cip­lin­ary rese­arch pro­jects in the con­text of innov­a­tion-rela­ted fields
  • par­ti­cip­a­tion in rais­ing exter­nal rese­arch funds

Require­ments:

  • as a suc­cess­ful can­did­ate, you should hold a uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in man­age­ment, busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion, eco­nom­ics, indus­trial engin­eer­ing or sim­ilar
  • back­ground in the eco­nom­ics of innov­a­tion prefer­ably linked either to the topic of sus­tain­ab­il­ity or digit­al­iz­a­tion would be bene­fi­cial
  • pro­found the­or­et­ical know­ledge; expert­ise in rel­ev­ant empir­ical meth­ods
  • know­ledge in pop­u­lar stat­ist­ical pro­grams (e.g., Stata, R or Python)
  • interest in applied research
  • you are an ener­getic and team-ori­ented per­son­al­ity
  • self-driven with good writ­ing and com­mu­nic­a­tion skills in Eng­lish and good com­mand of Ger­man
  • inter­na­tional exper­i­ences are wel­come
