Research assistant - salary grade E 13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen

Working field:

  • analysis of possible transport systems of the last mile for different types of goods
  • technical conception of transhipment to vehicles of the last mile
  • selection of suitable manufacturers/suppliers
  • integration of the interface into the demonstration

Requirements:

  • successfully completed university degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent) with an engineering technology background, preferably in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, applied computer science, naval architecture and ocean engineering, or equivalent
  • excellent team skills, high level of commitment, flexibility, cost-efficient mindset and approach
  • ability to effectively document and communicate both technical and economic aspects and information
  • ability to conduct binding technical negotiations with project partners and authorities
  • ability to manage student staff
  • excellent written and spoken German is mandatory

Desired qualifications:
  • independent scientific work
  • knowledge in the areas of project management, traffic engineering, system integration and logistics
  • good command of English
