Working field:
Research assistant in the IBB-funded research project „Automatic Structural Enhancement of Stateflow
Automata (SFAssist)“ (research program Pro FIT). The project takes place in collaboration with a company in Berlin. Assignments will include the development of concepts and methods to automatically identify Model Smells in state-based Models/Statecharts, as well as an evaluation of the methodology based on practical case studies, e.g. in the fields of Automotive Systems (Simulink/Stateflow) or Cyber-Physical Systems. PhD thesis preparation is possible.
Requirements:

- successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in computer science or related fields
- profound and theoretically founded knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- good command of German and English
- knowledge in model based development and Matlab/Stateflow or Statecharts is desired
