Collaboration in all research activities of the chair, especially in the field of railway operations and automatic train operation
Preparation and design of research applications
Assumption of newly-acquired research projects
Contract extension from raised third-party funds (3 years contract) is intended
Successfully completed University degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent) preferably in transportation systems, mechanical engineering or related disciplines
In-depth knowledge in railway operations and technology
Preferably knowledge in railway vehicle engineering (esp. control technology driver’s cab)
Preferably knowledge in rail human factors, risk and security management
Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
