Working field:

Research on communication networks within the project 6G-RIC (6G networks, edge computing, localization, machine learning for networks).


  • Successfully completed scientific university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in a related area and have demonstrated prior achievements (e.g., top grades).
  • deepunderstanding of wireless networking principles
  • excellent programming experience (Python, C++, Matlab)
  • very strong Linux expertise.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, basic knowledge of German desirable
  • strong mathematical background.
  • Enthusiasm for leading-edge research, a mix of creativity and persistence, and team spirit are essential.

PhD thesis preparation is possible.
