Work­ing field:

Within a third-party funded research project the TU Berlin will develop.an innovate scalable monitoring system for overhead power lines.
The work at TU Berlin focusses on the research and realization of low power communication technologies and an energy self-sufficient energy supplies.

Require­ments:

  • Successfully completed university degree: electrical engineering / technical informatics
  • Knowledge and experience with
a) Design and layout of circuits in the context of embedded systems
b) Hardware-related programming in C / C ++ and
c) Embedded operating systems such as RTOS, embedded Linux
d) Knowledge in the field of data processing with the help of artificial intelligence algorithms
e) Use of software tools for documentation and quality assurance
  • Participation in the acquisition and publication of scientific results
  • Good German and English skills (oral and written)
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge in the area of hardware-related security technologies would be desirable
