Research fellow {m/f/d) in the field of novel electronic materials

Your responsibilities:

• scientific services in research and teaching in german language (3SWS
• fabrication and characterization of electronic materials, nano- and quantum structures
• setting up and conducting magneto-transport experiments in the Novel Materials group
• contributing to scientific exchange with national and international research cooperation partners
• tasks related to own scientific qualification (doctorate)

What you bring to the table:

• completed scientific university education in physics or materials science with a specialization in solid-state physics and above-average grades
• knowledge of semiconductor physics and technology
• proficiency in spoken and written German (at least C1)
• very good written and spoken English skills (at least B2)
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Origin, LabView, Python, e.g.
• ability to work independently and excellent experimental scientific skills
• ability to work in a team and cooperate with others

What would be desirable:

• fundamentals of knowledge transfer desired
