Par­ti­cip­a­tion in the rese­arch pro­ject at the depart­ment in the fields of hand­ling coach traf­fic in large cit­ies. There is an oppor­tun­ity for a doc­tor­ate.

  • A suc­cess­fully com­ple­ted uni­ver­sity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) is pro­vi­ded with the field traf­fic engin­eer­ing or struc­tural engin­eer­ing with the focus on traf­fic engin­eer­ing.
  • The Can­did­ates are also expec­ted to have in-depth know­ledge of trans­port­a­tion plan­ning.
  • Know­ledge in the field of emis­sion cal­cu­la­tions noise and exhaust gases as well as in the hand­ling of cor­res­pond­ing sub­ject-spe­cific soft­ware, espe­cially GIS, Auto­CAD, MS-Office and stat­ist­ical basic know­ledge are desir­able.
  • Good know­ledge of Eng­lish is fur­ther­more an advant­age.
  • The can­did­ate ought to have very good Ger­man skills.
