work within a joint BMBF project on Artificial Intelligence with Dr. F. Nestler, Prof. Potts and Prof. Stoll (TU Chemnitz)
successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in mathematics or related field
PhD in mathematics welcome
excellent knowledge in functional analysis and nonlinear optimization
knowledge in machine learning and stochastics
expertise in software development, e.g. C, C++, Python, Matlab
