Research Assist­ant (PostDoc) - salary grade E13 TV-L Ber­liner Hoch­schu­len - 2nd qual­i­fic­a­tion period (Habil­it­a­tion)

Work­ing field:

Rese­arch and teach­ing at the Insti­tute of Math­em­at­ics (Sto­chastics and Fin­an­cial Math­em­at­ics Group); includ­ing teach­ing of exer­cise clas­ses (4 SWS for a full-time pos­i­tion), super­vi­sion of Bach­elor and Mas­ter the­ses

Require­ments:

Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) and doc­tor­ate in math­em­at­ics with a focus on stochastic ana­lysis and sigu­lar rough ana­lysis; inter­na­tional research exper­i­ence, par­tic­u­larly in math­em­at­ical fin­ance; good com­mand of Ger­man and Eng­lish, both writ­ten and spoken, will­ing­ness to acquire lack­ing lan­guage skills; French desir­able.
