Work­ing field:

  • Research and teach­ing involve­ment at the chair “Inter­dis­cip­lin­ary Womens* and Gender Stud­ies”
  • Teach­ing classes in the field of inter­dis­cip­lin­ary, inter­sec­tional Gender Stud­ies
  • Admin­is­trat­ive and organ­isa­tional tasks for the Insti­tute


  • Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Dip­lom, Mas­ter or equi­val­ent) in Gender Stud­ies or in a field of social sci­ences/human­it­ies with focus on Gender Stud­ies
  • Pro­fi­ciency in social the­ory and/or sci­ence and tech­no­logy stud­ies
  • suf­fi­cient lan­guage pro­fi­ciency to teach classes in both Ger­man and Eng­lish is expec­ted
Desired com­pet­ences:
  • Dis­ser­ta­tion pro­ject in the field of fem­in­ist sci­ence and tech­no­logy stud­ies
  • Pro­fi­ciency in post and deco­lo­nial the­or­ies
  • Interest in inter­dis­cip­lin­ary research
  • Exper­i­ences with team work, com­mu­nic­at­ive com­pet­ences
