Scientific service in teaching and research in the field of econometrics; planning and teaching of undergraduate and graduate student courses (BA, MA and PhD courses) in the field of applied and theoretical econometrics in German and English; participation in the organization of the MA program statistics; counseling of students as well as supervision of Bachelor and Master theses
Completed university degree and PhD in economics, statistics or mathematics or a related field with specialization in econometrics/statistics
at least three years of academic or professional practical work in a full-time employment relationship after graduation
a strong background in the following fields: time series analysis or microeconomics
substantial knowledge of the software R and Stata
experience in academic teaching, counseling and supervision of students
publications in relevant journals
very good German and English skills (oral and written)
structured, independent, communicative and cooperative work style, highly motivated
active participation in university development processes
