Assistance in teaching (compulsory subjects and compulsory optional subjects) and research in the field of nonlinear laser dynamics, participation in third-party funded projects of the working group, in particular in the CRC 910 "Control of self-organizing nonlinear systems: Theoretical methods and concepts of application"/ project B9 „Stochastic and structural properties of complex laser networks for optical computing”.
Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in physics or a related field, very good knowledge in theoretical physics, in particular nonlinear laser dynamics, especially with modelling of QD lasers and delay equations, very good programming skills, high level of commitment and ability to work independently as well as very good knowledge of the German and English language. Good didactical skills and experiences in electronic teaching tools are advantageous.
