Work­ing field:

Assist­ance in teach­ing (com­puls­ory sub­jects and com­puls­ory optional sub­jects) and research in the field of non­lin­ear laser dynam­ics, par­ti­cip­a­tion in third-party fun­ded pro­jects of the work­ing group, in par­tic­u­lar in the CRC 910 "Con­trol of self-organ­iz­ing non­lin­ear sys­tems: The­or­et­ical meth­ods and con­cepts of applic­a­tion"/ pro­ject B9 „Stochastic and struc­tural prop­er­ties of com­plex laser net­works for optical com­put­ing”.


Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in phys­ics or a related field, very good know­ledge in the­or­et­ical phys­ics, in par­tic­u­lar non­lin­ear laser dynam­ics, espe­cially with mod­el­ling of QD lasers and delay equa­tions, very good pro­gram­ming skills, high level of com­mit­ment and abil­ity to work inde­pend­ently as well as very good know­ledge of the Ger­man and Eng­lish lan­guage. Good didactical skills and exper­i­ences in elec­tronic teach­ing tools are advant­age­ous.
