Technische Universität Berlin - Faculty III - Institute of Energy Technology / Building Energy Systems
Research Assistant - salary grade E13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen
under the reserve that funds are granted - part-time employment may be possible
Collaboration in the research project "HotFlAd" (Compact-RZ with Hot-Fluid-Adsorption-Cooling-System). The overall objective of the project is to demonstrate an innovative, largely climate-neutral cooling concept based on the use of waste heat from IT components in the building.
An existing research computer centre will be rebuilt, a cooling system set up and equipped with measurement, control and regulation technology. Subsequently, a control algorithm is developed and the overall system is measured and optimised. After successful testing, it is applied in a real environment. PhD thesis preparation is possible.
