Processing of two food-related project tasks (food sample preparation and chemical analytics of food ingredients) and support in the organization of the work of international partners according to their scientific expertise and under consideration of their calculated work load. Preparation of the announcement for an interventional study and the guidance until the signature of the contract.
Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom oder Äquivalent) in a relevant discipline; knowledge in food chemistry/nutritional sciences at a very high level, confirmed very high organizing, communicating and networking ability also on an international level, in English. Improved knowledge in German and international food law is preferable.
