Work­ing field:

Research within the Cluster of Excel­lence UniSy­sCat, Invest­ig­a­tion of bifunc­tional het­ero­gen­eous cata­lysts for the con­ver­sion of hydro­car­bons or car­bon diox­ide, mech­an­istic stud­ies and kin­etic mod­el­ing. PhD thesis pre­par­a­tion is pos­sible

Require­ments:

Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in chem­istry or chem­ical engin­eer­ing, detailed know­ledge in het­ero­gen­eous cata­lysis, exper­i­ence with high-tem­per­at­ure react­ors, online ana­lyt­ics, explos­ive gases, cata­lyst char­ac­ter­iz­a­tion, and kin­etic mod­el­ing. Good Eng­lish lan­guage skills are desired.
