Work­ing field:

Par­ti­cip­a­tion in teach­ing and research in the field of X-ray spec­tro­scopy and its applic­a­tion in bio­med­ical field, research top­ics are in the inter­dis­cip­lin­ary field between meth­od­o­lo­gical devel­op­ment and mater­ial research.
Teach­ing duties are primar­ily in our pro­ject labor­at­ory courses (phys­ical prac­tical courses for begin­ners, espe­cially tech­nical and didactical assist­ance of phys­ical exper­i­ments) and advanced labor­at­ory prac­tical courses; pos­sib­il­ity to obtain a PhD degree.


Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in phys­ics; exper­i­ence in the field of X-ray spec­tro­scopy, ima­ging meth­ods in the X-ray regime and in ana­lyt­ics is expec­ted. Good com­mand of Python as well as of Eng­lish and Ger­man is desir­able. In addi­tion, abil­ity to work in an inter­dis­cip­lin­ary team is desired.
